About Speakers
1. Juliet Tan, CEO, SME Centre@ASME
Juliet is the Chief Executive Officer of SMECEN Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Association of Small and Medium Enterprises. She oversees strategic partnerships, sales and product vision, aligning SMECEN’s activities to the needs to ASME’s members on the ground.
2. Victor Teo, Senior Business Advisor, SME Centre@ASME
Victor Teo is an ex-entrepreneur and has over 5 years experience in assisting SMEs, recommending business strategies and helping them to tap on related government assistance schemes. He is a workshop facilitator and outreach speaker who specialises in sharing on capability building topics and various Government schemes.
3. Johnathan Leow, Manager, E-Invoice Project Office, IMDA
Johnathan has 7 years experience in digital SME lending and financial IT systems change consulting. At IMDA, he is responsible for engaging service providers to build and develop value added digital services in the e-Invoice project office. He is passionate about driving digital transformation in the SME financing sector that will enable enterprises to turn their invoices into cash faster via e-invoicing. His role involves building and developing relationships with various stakeholders such as financial institutions, fintech companies and government agencies to drive InvoiceNow adoption across Singapore.
