National Vending Gallery: Topic No. 4 Hand Made

National Vending Gallery presents topic No. 4 Hand Made, a collection of products crafted by makers based in Singapore. Exerting their imagination on the physical material, each piece of work took shape through the hands of the designer. These objects of hand-manship brings back a genuine position to the flagrant use of terms in today’s culture – artisanal, hand-crafted, home-made.

Singapore Interior Design Festival 2021 (SIDFest)

The Office, Disrupted

How can we achieve the ideal work life? The Office, Disrupted is an exhibition designed to provoke discussion about the shifting definition of the workplace. This experiential journey will take visitors through the evolution of the office to a future of hybrid work. Visitors will also have the opportunity to experience hybrid working for themselves at the HybridWork Lab. Supplementing the exhibition will be four panel discussions where industry and thought leaders will come together to share their views on adapting in times of change.

Redesigning Businesses  in a World Transformed

As we emerge from a global crisis into uncertain economies, businesses have to adapt quickly to solve unforeseen hurdles that require creative solutions and inter-disciplinary responses with a focus on putting people first. This Humid House: Appropriating Nature For Pleasure

This Humid House partners with the National Design Centre for a live-streamed talk and design demonstration within the Garden Dreaming exhibition gallery. While crafting a large-scale floral installation for the exhibition, John Lim (founder of This Humid House) will talk about the studio’s design approach, sustainable sourcing methods, and relationship with the floral ecosystem in Singapore and the region. Appropriating Nature for Pleasure 2: Home Edition
