The services below are endorsed by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), Enterprise Singapore (ESG), Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) and NTUC Freelancers and Self-Employed Unit (NTUC U FSE). | Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) | IPOS conducts IP Legal Clinics and IP Business Clinics services twice a week as part of its package of services for Singapore citizens or Permanent residents and/or Singapore registered businesses. IP Legal Clinic A 45-minute consultation session which allows participants to seek preliminary advice from a selected panel of professional lawyers on IP infringement, opposition, invalidation or revocation matters before deciding on the next course of action. Participants are required to pay a fee directly to the law firm before IPOS reimburses you for the cost of the session. IP Business Clinic A complimentary 45-minute session which allows participants to discuss IP strategies and options with a consultant from the panel. | NTUC Freelancers and Self-Employed Unit (U FSE) | The NTUC Freelancers and Self-Employed Unit (NTUC U FSE) represents freelancers and self-employed persons (SEPs) in Singapore and works towards strengthening their Wage, Welfare and Work Prospects. NTUC U FSE works closely with stakeholders such as relevant government agencies, SEP community groups, platform intermediaries, corporate service buyers, and business solutions providers to strengthen income security, skills mastery, work prospects, and occupational safety and health of SEPs.
