Catalysing change can be external, but real change starts within. Creative Leadership is a transformational process that focuses on your individual growth. In turn, this can have a powerful effect on the organisation, team, or projects around you.
Creative Leadership was pioneered by Rama Gheerawo, Director of the Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design, the Royal College of Art, to address the need for new models of leadership across job roles, organisational departments, and industry domains.
It draws on expertise the Centre has acquired delivering over 300 projects for clients in the business, government, and voluntary sector.
Join us as Rama Gheerawo presents an introduction to the core values of Creativity, Empathy and Clarity, and how you can engage and upskill.
Rama Gheerawo is a President*s Design Award (P*DA) 2023 juror and he will be in Singapore for the P*DA 2023 Jury Session from 13 to 17 February.
