Dr. Marigo Raftopoulos (Keynote):

Marigo is a strategic business advisor specialising in enterprise innovation and digital transformation. Marigo is the founder and CEO of the Strategic Innovation Lab, and is also an advisor to several technology incubators and start-ups, as well as an advisor on the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 Innovation Agenda. Marigo works with a wide range of global clients in accelerating innovation and organisational development using the tools of engagement that are fundamental to speculative design, futures thinking and gamification. Marigo holds a PhD in enterprise gamification and has created the popular Gamification Design Sprint methodology. Her current focus is on how organisations can augment human and artificial intelligence as a driver of the future innovation potential of teams, organisations, and the future of work.

Gregg Lewis:

Gregg is responsible for 3radical’s business development in APAC, helping business leaders identify significant opportunities within customer and employee engagement to successfully accomplish their business objectives. Prior to 3radical, Gregg was with the world’s leading technology research and advisory firm Gartner, supporting some of Southeast Asia’s largest Banks’ CXOs in digital banking transformation, as well as other vertical markets in leveraging technology to drive BPO, cost optimisation, and other various data-related initiatives. Gregg concurrently serves as a Board Member of start-ups in MedTech, Micro-influencer Marketing, and Block-Chain Development.

Sam Baker:

Sam leads customer success at 3radical, working with the global teams to drive continual improvement in the service 3radical delivers to its clients. Sam also acts as the voice of the customer in the planning of future improvements and developments in software. Sitting on the senior management team, Sam works closely with the wider leadership team to drive the overall success of 3radical, its software, and its clients. A marketer by trade and a communications expert, Sam has over 20 years of experience in understanding the needs motivations of individuals, and planning and executing marketing and communication strategies to meet them.
