The National Design Centre (NDC) is the nexus for design. Designers, businesses, students and the public meet here to exchange ideas and use the amenities. It is home to DesignSingapore Council, the national agency for design. The repurposed, award-winning conserved building is as much an emblem for outstanding Singaporean design and architecture, as it is a thriving venue for visitors to attend design-focused exhibitions and programmes. ENGIE Property Services Pte. Ltd., the Managing Agent for the National Design Centre (NDC) is inviting applications for tenancy of 3 commercial spaces at the NDC which is located at 111 Middle Road S (188969), on behalf of DesignSingapore Council Pte. Ltd.

Estimated tenancy period to be awarded would be around 15 months (up to 31 March 2024). Actual lease term to be offered would be confirmed upon the award of the lease to the successful applicant.

Spaces Available:

Makerspace

2 unit available for lease of 166sqm and 85sqm for an operator to run Makerspace programmes at Level 1 of NDC. Operator’s Makerspace concept and programmes shall incorporate some design/innovation element(s).

Design/Innovation-Related Office Studios

1 unit available for lease of 44sqm for design/innovation-related office studios, located at Level 3 of NDC.

Please note that this unit will be awarded based on a first-come-first-serve basis, provided that the applicant can meet Dsg’s requirements.
