A collaboration between Tribal Worldwide, SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and DesignSingapore Council (Dsg), the SkillsFuture Queen Bee (SFQB) initiative for the design sector aims to help SMEs in the design sector receive guidance and support on their people strategy, and develop necessary skills to advance their business goals. Design SMEs will be part of a learning ecosystem that will enable them to grow their businesses by investing in their talent.

We have curated courses from quality training providers to address the common business needs that we have observed across the design sector. SMEs will be able to send their talents for these courses with funding support to lower out-of-pocket expenditure.

Who Will Benefit from This

This initiative is for design SMEs in Singapore. We invite owners and leaders of design studios or practices who are keen to build their team’s capabilities in the following areas to participate in this programme:

Benefits

  1. Access the growing marketplace of SkillsFuture programmes that support enterprise skills development
  2. Access training support grants for team members attending selected courses
  3. Benefit from dedicated support from a Skills Manager who will provide guidance on training solutions and other administrative matters
  4. Gain clarity on your business’ current capabilities and capability gaps to achieve your business goals
