Studio SML Sessions is back!

Featuring husband-and-wife design teams from Plystudio, Studio Juju and OuterEdit, join their latest talk to find out if two is truly better than one.

Enter the world of strategic branding with OuterEdit as they share their journey from their beginnings as a T-shirt printing company, to the agency they are today –creating impactful works like the Street of Clans festival and creative directing Singapore Tourism Board’s Passion Made Possible campaign event.

Then, take a detour with Plystudio Architects, as they share more about their methodology and how it has allowed for scaling of work beyond their size.

Lastly, round things up with a magical trip alongside product/industrial designers Studio Juju. Learn more about their thinking processes and how it has resulted in delightful works such as the Rabbit & the Tortoise Collection, and public artworks like The Big Round & The Tall Long sculptures at the Tampines Downtown Line MRT station.

About Studio SML
Studio SML is a portal that hopes to archive in depth stories of designers and their journeys. The vision is to create a comprehensive archive of mini biographies of all the creatives in Singapore. Categorised by studio size – small (S) for 1-man show to small teams of up to 15 people, medium (M) for 16 – 30 people, and large (L) for teams of above 30 people – the interviews will focus on content, and less on visual. Featuring both upcoming, young designers and established veterans, Studio SML seeks to archive as many stories of designers as possible from Singapore, and subsequently Asia.
