Everyday life and business has rapidly changed. Driving footfall and meeting customers is no longer possible, so as a brand, you need to find new ways to authentically connect.

Steve Jobs once said: “The most powerful person in the world is the storyteller.” Brand storytelling can be your critical competitive advantage in this new world order.

People naturally like hearing stories. In a digital world, stories also have the potential to go viral, making it ever more critical to craft them well.

Join us in an interactive session to discover how to create compelling stories that resonate with your audience, and the principles of successful storytelling from recognised brands.

If you’re an SME owner or key decision maker for your business, don’t miss this event! Four selected participants will also secure a complimentary 1-to-1 follow-up coaching session – find out how during the webinar!

Speakers

Nav Qirti – Founder & Principal, Ideactio
“Pursuit of the right goals is fundamental to treading the right path.” Nav is a firm believer that it’s not the pursuit of growth, but pursuit of progress and balance that can make us lead a sustainable lifestyle. He is curious, and actively working to bring together technology and principles of good design to create solutions for the human-social system, that are in harmony with natural order, both through business, community initiatives and personal conduct.

Reima Rönnholm – Senior Service Designer,
Ideactio Reima has more than 20 years of experience in designing services and user experiences – with a focus on helping organisations to change, implementing new service models and ways of working, and becoming more human-centric in whatever they do. He is one of the Nordic pioneers in service design and design thinking, and his career with human-centric design and innovation has taken him to work in four different continents – from Finnish libraries and Turkish technology companies, to Ugandan hospitals and Singaporean restaurants

Felix Mollinga – Studio Lead, Ideactio
Felix is interested in learning and training the softer things in life, like empathy, creativity, and critical thinking. He’s also interested in designing for the (near) future, AR & VR, and crypto & blockchain. – – – – – This programme is supported by the Designsingapore Council and is part of the National Design Centre’s “Building Strong Brands” programme line-up in June.
